LIne Cook
Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set my management in an open-concept kitchen environment
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line

Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Pizza cook
Responsibilities
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set my management in an open-concept kitchen environment
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service including pizza dough, sauce and all pizza toppings
Answering the delivery phones, speaking with customers, taking orders and using the Micros POS system to ring in orders
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

Door Staff/Bar Back
Responsibilities:
Checking IDs of bar and restaurant patrons according to VA state ABC law and denying entrance as needed.
Maintaining stock behind the bar including glassware, bottled beer, mixers, soft drinks syrups, ice and changing kegs as needed
Keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized by collecting empty glasses, washing bar dishes, cleaning tables, collecting trash, sweeping and mopping
using problem-solving skills to settle disputes in a respectful, courteous manner

Delivery driver
Responsibilities:
Answering the delivery phones, speaking with customers, taking orders and using the Micros POS system to ring in orders
Routing deliveries to ensure customers get the freshest food in a timely fashion
Obeying all traffic laws while delivering to ensure safety
Assisting with cleaning duties of the pizza shop, washing dishes
Stocking pizza shop items including folded pizza boxes, delivery boxes, etc.
Closing out all delivery checks and turning in cash-due at end of night

SERVER
Responsibilities:
Setting up restaurant and preparing tables with special attention to sanitation
Greet customers upon entrance
Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
Take and serve orders
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
Assist other servers, bar and kitchen staff as needed
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue bills and accept payment
Close out all checks and turning in cash-due at end of shift
Assist with cleaning and side work for front-of-house
